Rose City Deathmatch Announced for Prestige Wrestling’s Roseland 7
Prestige Wrestling is set to return to Portland, Oregon for another packed event at the Roseland Theater with Roseland 7. Things are set to take an ultraviolent turn as Prestige’s native demon Drexl will face off against one of the most promising young rookies in wrestling: Amira. While danger is present any time Drexl steps in the ring, the danger is evident in this one as the two will square off in a Rose City Deathmatch. While Drexl is no stranger to ultraviolence, this will mark Amira’s first ever Deathmatch in her young career. Will beginner’s luck be the saving grace of Amira? Or will Drexl have his due? Prestige Wrestling’s Roseland 7 will go down live from the Roseland Theater on January 5th. Tickets are available now, and you can follow Prestige Wrestling on Twitter for updates.
Deathmatch Discovery Gauntlet Week 5: Kristian Ross (c) vs Tarzan Duran
Last week, following some surprise intervention from rival Alex Stretch, Anthraxx would fall to the “Full Time Boss” Kristian Ross in the Deathmatch Discovery Gauntlet. Kristian Ross would waste no time calling his own shot for this week’s Discovery Gauntlet as he called out none other than Remington Rhor. It seems as though Remington would not be able to make it this week as filling in for him is Tarzan Duran. For the second week in a row, the weaponry is of a much more blunt variety, with Chairs adorning each corner. These Chairs don’t seem to be as blunt as the one both men shared before the violence ensued, as well as during the following bludgeoning. After some back and forth beating and smoking, Tarzan Duran pulled out a fucking Knife, which would ultimately find its way across his own forehead courtesy of Ross. After being slammed into some stray LEGOs, Duran would make a comeback, beating Ross down with a Chair and hitting an impressive Rope Walk Senton; smoking all the way. This would not be enough, as after one last toke, Ross would hit a Chokeslam through two opened Chairs for the three count, and his second victory in the Deathmatch Discovery Gauntlet. Post-match, Kristian Ross reaffirmed two things: he wants Remington Rhor, and anyone who wants in on the Gauntlet has to run through him.
