This Week in Death: Casanova Valentine, Pro Wrestling FREEDOMS, H2O Wrestling & ICWNHB

This coming March, the city of Sheffield, England will be down with a serious case of Brooklyn Black Death. Casanova Valentine has announced that he will be making his long awaited return to England for RISE Underground’s Violence Party event on March 16th. Valentine returns to RISE as a former RISE Underground Champion and the inaugural winner of RISE’s first Games of Death Tournament. This return also marks Casanova Valentine’s first time in a RISE Underground ring since he ventured to England last year with ICW No Holds Barred. Tickets for RISE Underground’s Violence Party are available now through RISE’s website.

Just days ago, Shin-Kiba 1st RING in Tokyo, Japan played host to Pro Wrestling FREEDOMS’ Reach For the Star 2024. Coming out of Shin-Kiba, we have confirmation of two matchups for FREEEDOMS’ return to Korakuen Hall on February 8th at Go Beyond the Limit 2024. Firstly, we now have confirmation of the first contender to Masashi Takeda’s newly won King of FREEDOM World Championship. Following a Tag Team Deathmatch victory over Takeda & Daisuke Masaoka, ERE’s Takayuki Ueki would stake his claim to face Takeda for his KFC Championship. And that match will be set for Korakuen Hall. Also confirmed for February 8th, Jun Kasai, fresh off of a Six-Man Tag Team Deathmatch victory, will face off against one of his opponents from that match: ERE’s Crazy King, in a first time ever singles Deathmatch. Tickets for Go Beyond the Limit 2024 are available now, and you can follow Pro Wrestling FREEDOMS on Twitter for updates.

As reported in last week’s edition of This Week in Death, H2O Wrestling will be hosting the Unlucky 13 Tournament as part of their Causing HaVoc event next month. The Unlucky 13 will feature thirteen of the best that the Hardcore and Deathmatch scenes have to offer. This gauntlet was laid down by the current H2O Danny Havoc Hardcore Champion: Bam Sullivan. Not only did Sullivan lay down the baseline for this Tournament, but he also plans to defend his Championship throughout this whole Tournament. Thus far, we have three confirmed entrants joining Bam Sullivan in the Unlucky 13, and here they are:

Anthraxx (Entrant: TDMT 1, Ultraviolent Kingdom 6, King of the No Ring 2)
GG Everson (Entrant: TDMT 1)
JB Anderson (Tournament Debut)
Lady Blakely (Entrant: Tremont’s Angels of Death, King of the No Ring 2)

Again the Unlucky 13 Tournament will be taking place as part of H2O Wrestling’s Causing HaVoc, live from the H2O Wrestling Center in Williamstown, New Jersey on February 17th. Tickets are available now, and you can follow H2O Wrestling on Twitter for updates.
